Dining at Bube's Brewery
The Catacombs
The Catacombs Restaurant is located several stories beneath street level within the historic stone cellars of Bube's Brewery. Your experience begins with a guided walk through portions of the brewery's historic underground passageways before arriving at the restaurant.
Guests will descend a series of stairways approximately 43 feet below ground into the beautifully preserved, stone-lined vaults that make The Catacombs one of the region's most unique dining destinations. There, you'll enjoy an upscale dining experience featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu of classic favorites and gourmet specialties in an unforgettable atmosphere.
Please note: Due to the historic nature of Bube's Brewery, access to The Catacombs requires descending multiple stairways. There is no elevator available, and the restaurant is not located at ground level.
The Bottling Works
The Bottling Works Restaurant & Tavern is located in the original bottling plant of Bube's Brewery, where beer and soft drinks were once bottled and fresh water was drawn from the limestone caverns beneath the property. Today, this historic space has been transformed into a welcoming gathering place where great food, drinks, and entertainment come together.
Enjoy a delicious pub-style menu featuring classic favorites, craft beverages, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for lunch, dinner, or an evening out. Throughout the week, guests can take part in popular events including Trivia Nights, Karaoke, and live music every Sunday evening from 5:00–8:00 PM.
When the weather is beautiful, don't miss our spacious Biergarten—a charming outdoor space inspired by the traditional beer gardens of Mr. Bube's Bavarian homeland. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cold drink, great food, and time with family and friends in a one-of-a-kind historic setting.
