To book a date with us, we ask for a $200 deposit for groups of 10 or more, and $400 entertainment fee for booking a private feast or murder mystery dinner (this is the cost of hiring the entertainers).
- Deposits are refundable up until a month prior to the event and may be applied to the cost of the event or may be fully returned to the depositor in the case of individuals paying separately for the banquet. We cannot guarantee availability of one of our venues until we have received your deposit.
- We ask to have the balance paid the night of the event with the exception of corporate groups that have made prior arrangements to be billed.
- Please give us your best estimate of the number of people you expect at the time that you book your event. You are welcome to update the number up until the day before your event, we will charge you for the last number that you give us.
- Outdoor events: please call us 3 to 4 days before the event to make a final decision whether the event will be held outside or moved to our indoor venue.
PLEASE NOTE! If you are comparing us to other venues, don’t forget to consider their venue charge when estimating the cost of your event. Many venues charge from $1000 to $5000 to rent their venue. It is (of course) not fair to compare our food and beverage prices to theirs. Put another way, if you want to give us $3000, we’ll give you a heck of a deal on the food and drink that they can’t touch! We think it is the order of the day to deliver exceptional value in a challenging economic environment. Please make sure that you are comparing apples to apples.
